*The City of Norcross is updating its Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Town Center plan and market feasibility study focusing on the city’s  downtown commercial district (identified here as the “Town Center”). This Town Center LCI is an update to a 2001 LCI Study and will include a market feasibility study. The City was awarded funds from the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) to perform this update. The 2001 LCI Study crafted a community vision for revitalizing and redeveloping Norcross’s historic Downtown, focused on building appropriate land use and connectivity in Downtown and surrounding areas, and included urban design guidelines and economic development recommendations targeting the areas around Lillian Webb Field and including a town plaza and a transit center.

The consultant team comprises Pond & Company, Huntley Partners and Morris & Fellows.
