NORCROSS, Ga. -- A Norcross woman has been charged with murder and aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death.

At approximately 3:50 a.m. on Sunday, May 22, Gwinnett County police were dispatched to a house on Beechwood Avenue in Doraville where they found the victim, who was still alive at the time.

The man was identified as 32-year-old Tyress Shebre Malcome of Norcross. He told officers that he got into an argument with his girlfriend at a house in Norcross and she stabbed him with a knife from the home's kitchen.

After the stabbing, a friend allegedly drove Malcome to the address in Doraville.

Malcome was taken to Atlanta Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators subsequently arrested Tiquonda Ranell Campbell, 30, of Norcross and charged her with Malcome's death.

The investigation into this case is ongoing.
